Eligibility for Returns:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: The trailer must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Documentation: Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Custom Orders: Custom-ordered trailers are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items:

Trailers that have been used or altered in any way.

Accessories or optional add-ons that have been installed or used.

Trailers sold as "clearance" or "as-is."
Return Process:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@teamtrailer.ca to initiate the return process. Please provide your purchase details and reason for the return.

Inspection: The trailer must be brought to our location for inspection. Our team will evaluate the condition of the trailer to confirm eligibility.

Approval: Once the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval.

A restocking fee of 5% may apply.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange the trailer for another model, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. Additional fees may apply for upgrades.
Additional Notes:

The customer is responsible for transportation costs associated with returning the trailer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
